HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Klarnow Ltd collects the details you enter so the ALL WAYS FORWARD team can review your interest, contact you about the right route and plan safe, accessible events.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, organisation or course, chosen route, application answers, access requests and consent choices.

Who can see it

Only authorised Klarnow and approved delivery-team members who need the information. We will not sell your details or automatically give them to sponsors.

How long we keep it

Application information will be reviewed after the festival and deleted or anonymised within six months, unless another legal or contractual reason requires longer retention.

Photography and marketing

Marketing and media contact are separate choices. Saying no does not stop you from applying or attending. Event-day recording zones and consent arrangements will be explained before confirmed events.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing goodness@klarnow.co.uk.
